Kristoni G. Go is the Founder and Chief Learning Companion of Studentship Philippines. He studied Interdisciplinary Studies (Education & Management tracks) at the Ateneo de Manila University and Liberal Arts at the University of the Philippines Open University.
Kristoni has a rich experience in leadership, education, intercultural learning, civic engagement, and development work. He used to be the Department of External Affairs Chairperson of the Ateneo de Manila University student government, and the sole young member of the national board of trustees of AFS Intercultural Programs Philippines, an international educational exchange organization. He also served as a national board member and program manager for Siklab Pilipinas, a youth-serving NGO. His international engagements as a Philippine delegate include the 2018 International Conference on Open and Distance eLearning, the 12th Melaka International Youth Dialogue, the AFS Asia and the Pacific Initiative Regional Bloc Priority Setting, and the Japan East Asia Network of Exchange for Students and Youths Program.
Kristoni grew up and takes pride in being a resident of South Central Mindanao. He graduated as Class Salutatorian in grade school and as Class Valedictorian in high school. He was recognized as Region XII’s Most Outstanding Campus Journalist in 2008, and was ultimately awarded as Outstanding Campus Journalist of the Philippines in 2009.

Kristoni believes in the potentials of every Filipino student and teacher. Through the edtech enterprise that he founded, he aspires to bridge learning opportunities to his home community and many more communities across the country.

For his efforts and achievements in the field of afterschool, the National Afterschool Association USA recognizes him as the sole international honoree among its 2020 Next Generation of Afterschool Leaders.
Ms. Winona Y. Diola is the Grade School Educational Technology coordinator at De La Salle Santiago Zobel School (DLSZ). She has a Master of Education in General Science degree from De La Salle University - Manila and obtained 27 units in MA in Child Study at the Philippine Normal University.
She serves as resource speaker in seminars and workshops on blended learning approach and on ICT/technology integration in both public and private schools. She considers herself a facilitator who inspires student learning and creativity as she combines innovative strategies and various technology tools to create student- centered learning environment.
Ms. Diola is an Apple Distinguished Educator, Certified Apple Teacher, Apple Professional Learning Consultant, Certified Google Educator Level 2, Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert, Distinguished Lasallian Leader, and was named one of the Outstanding Filipinos 2016 in the Search for Outstanding Teachers by the Metrobank Foundation and the Department of Education.
She has significant experiences in academic leadership by playing a lead role in a number of instructional materials/ curriculum development projects and has produced a number of exemplary instructional materials. She has written several textbooks including Lasallian textbooks entitled Lasallian Schools: Science Book for Junior Prep for De La Salle Press, Penmanship for Grade 4 for ICON Publishing House, Inc. and Understanding Life through Science for Grades 4-6, a K-12 elementary series, for Phoenix Publishing House, Inc.

Rona Jane S. Buca graduated with a Mass Communication degree frrom the Ateneo de Davao University, and brings with her rich experience and expertise in public relations, marketing and multistakeholders engagement.

Prior to her involvement in Studentship Philippines, Ms. Buca provided strategic leadership to a high-performing marketing team at Vista Land & Life Scapes, Inc. in 2014-2016, ensuring seamless implementation of campaigns across diverse digital and traditional platforms. She also successfully orchestrated impactful marketing events and promotions as well as strategic media partnerships that amplified the company and its projects' brand presence and visibility.

In 2017-2021, Ms. Buca served as an Administrative Officer and an Information and Public Relations Officer at the Philippine National Police, Police Regional Office 12. In these roles, she provided leadership and guidance to the administrative staff, maintaining adherence to protocols and promoting a culture of excellence. Furthermore, she created and published compelling content for various communication channels to inform the public about the works and accomplishments of the Philippine National Police, and successfully cultivated and maintained relationships with media representatives, organizing press briefings and facilitating media coverage of events and initatives.
Winonah H. Siy graduated with a BS Health Sciences degree (Honorable Mention) from the Ateneo de Manila University and now pursues Medicine and Masteral Degree in Business Administration in the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health.

She used to be the President of the Council of Organizations of the Ateneo, the sole confederation of student organizations in the Ateneo de Manila University wherein she oversaw the different clusters in their coordination work with the various organizations and where she worked toward promoting a vibrant and flourishing organization life for every student in the Ateneo. Prior to her presidency, she was an active student organization member and leader – holding various positions in the Pre-Medical Society of the Ateneo, COA Health and Environment Cluster and the Ateneo Freshmen Orientation Seminar.
She has also attended workshops from John Robert Powers, is a fellow in the Ignacio Gimenez Leadership Conference and was a resource speaker for SDG3: Good Health and Well-Being for the Model City Council, a leadership conference that aims to inspire the youth to direct positive action toward the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. She believes that facilitating and empowering the youth would bring out their potential and enable them to become trailblazers in the future.
